The times really weren't that noticeably slow, interestingly enough! 1:43:53 basically became 2 seconds, (the same trend could be found with the merged packages) so it's only a tiny bit slower. If you split that into 5 packages, you're good! :) I'd recommend 3GB max for each package at most! NOTE: Don't merge 20GB or so in only ONE package! That's where you notice performing hits again.
